I am a unaltered female & I look like a Plott Hound mix
The shelter staff think I am 6 months old.
Dottie is a 23-pound bundle of freckles, energy, and love! This pretty brown-and-white girl was brought to the shelter after her owner neglected her, but you’d never know it from her spirit—she adores people and lights up when she gets attention.
She’s got plenty of pep in her step and will thrive with an active family. Dottie is also quite the talker—her happy voice will keep you company—so she’d do best in a home with some space to let her sing her heart out (probably not an apartment dweller’s dream unless you love serenades).
Friendly and social, she’ll need to meet any future dog siblings before heading home, but she’s ready to give her whole heart to the right family. Dottie is looking for more than just a house—she’s dreaming of a real forever home where she can finally thrive.
Don't I look like the perfect fit for you and your family? Find out how to adopt me by following the steps listed on the Adoptions page.
