Hi, I’m Abby! I came to the shelter as a stray, and while I tried to be brave, the shelter environment was really stressful for me. But then something amazing happened—a kind volunteer took me on a sleepover, and suddenly, all my anxiety disappeared! I felt so much more relaxed in a home, and I showed everyone what a good girl I really am. Because I did so well, another wonderful foster parent stepped up to take me into long-term foster care, and I’ve been thriving ever since! My foster says I’m an amazing dog—I’m completely potty trained, know how to sit, and pick up on training easily. I love attention from anyone willing to give it, and I’m happy to snuggle up next to you. But don’t let my calm side fool you—I get super excited to go outside! I also love toys, treats, and, most of all, love. Could you be my forever family?
